Support the Dedication of BGHS and BGJHS Cross Country

The Purple Striders Booster Club is asking our cross country team runners to solicit support from local individuals and businesses through donations in way of
a door prize for our upcoming Purple Striders 5k. The race will be held July 28, 2012 starting at Bowling Green High School. The door prizes are a nice incentive
for runners to participate in our race. Each business and or individual will be recognized at the awards ceremony. This race is a major fund raiser for our 2012 cross country season. The Purple Striders Booster Club and Cross Country teams greatly appreciate your generous support!
Race T-shirt Advertisement:
We will host our annual Purple Striders 5k Run on July 28th, 2O12. You may choose to be a sponsor and have your name or business name, logo or business
card printed on the back on the t-shirt. The cost is $50.

Track Athletic Fees – Fundraiser – New Warm Ups

Hi parents,
We hope your children are enjoying the hard work they are putting forth in practice each day. Be encouraging….they will get faster! Please be reminded about a few things:
1. If you have not turned in your INFORMATION paper, please do so. This helps us get information to you and your child.
2. Please also send in your athletic fee. Contact me if this is a problem for you.
3. It’s almost SPRING BREAK! Which is the PERFECT time to work on your FUNDRAISER!!! Remember, the goal is for every runner to try to sell $125 worth of sponsorships for the t-shirt we will be printing and selling. The kids should offer to parents, family members and businesses (anyone!) the opportunity to have their name or business on the back of our track and field t-shirt.
A $10-$49 sponsorship will get their name (or whatever name they wish) at the bottom of the shirt ( on the back).
A $50-$99 sponsorship will get their name in the middle tier area on the back of the shirt.
A $100 or more sponsorship will get their name or business card at the top of the t-shirt. They will also receive a free t-shirt.
Remember, the deadline is March 20th.
4. If you would like to order bags or warm-ups, please see the attachment with the details on that also. This is due by March 9th.
Your child may turn in any of this to his/her coach, myself, or Lisa Hansen.

2012 Purple Striders T-Shirt Fundraiser

Dear Parents,
Welcome to the 2012 Bowling Green High School Purples Track Season! I am very excited about fundraising for the Track team this year. Our main and ONLY fundraiser will be T-shirt sponsorship. This fundraiser has been very successful in both basketball and softball and will be for our Track team as well.
We are currently in the process of designing the front of the t-shirt. The back will contain the name of each sponsor at the $10 level or higher. Sponsorships of $10-$49 sponsorship will get their name (or whatever name they wish) at the bottom of the shirt ( on the back). A $50-$99 sponsorship will get their name in the middle tier area on the back of the shirt. A $100 or more sponsorship will get their name or business card at the top of the t-shirt. They will also receive a free t-shirt.
