Good Evening Parents,

 

I just wanted to make everyone aware of our upcoming cross country team events.

1. Monday Aug 6th  @5:30 – High School parent meeting with Coach Hamilton. He will go over the Team Policy. Parents who are unable to attend the meeting must read and sign the team policy in order for your child to participate. 2. Monday Aug 13th – Pizza Hut (Scottsville rd. location) Night – We receive a percentage of sales that evening eat in or carry out. This might be a great opportunity for the student runners to have a meal together and socialize with one another.

3. Thursday Aug. 16th- @5:00  Purple/Gold 3K race and Potluck dinner.
****Please make a note that the Cross Country BGHS and BGJHS Parent Meeting will also be this same night instead of the Aug 14th date first posted.  Rather than have parents come two different nights that same week, we will combine the two events.

Parent information folders will be handed out that evening and a short meeting.
Purple Striders will provide the hamburgers and paper products
Jr high parents please bring can drinks/water on ice in coolers
High school parents please bring a side dish or dessert
